decided to work some more

After a few beers decided my pitbikes are broken anyways so i stole the shifters off them to make the new brake and shifter for Different Strokes.

got one of the pegs set up glad i went with the folding idea

got some clean up work and some more holes to drill out but moving in the right direction.

Boost bottle for the carbs

Just finished painting the boost bottle hammered black hoping it helps hide some of the scrathces and wear spots

New Parts new Mods

So when I decided to do the Yamaha Banshee carb boots and boost tube I found something out thje banshee reed cages dont fit my motor nor do the RD reed cages fit the banshee cab boots so time to modify. The stock RD carb boot is on the left and the Banshee one on the right you can see the size differences.

Once I got that done then noticed that the Banshee carb boots have a larger opening than my reed cages so I decided to port the reed cages to better match up.

Waiting on the weather

The highways we needed are shut down because of the rain. So we are planning on stepping out tomorrow for the GR. What better time to replace my damn leaky seal on my tranny

Just dropped the lowers off at a buddies house to get polished up while I am outa town.

Made one good wiring harness out of 2 bad ones also. Feels good to be working on my bike again

Here she is. Not really much left just wheel bearings. I gotta get some miles on this before MEXICO!!!!
