Waiting on the weather

The highways we needed are shut down because of the rain. So we are planning on stepping out tomorrow for the GR. What better time to replace my damn leaky seal on my tranny

tearing down the forks for polishing and new seals

Just dropped the lowers off at a buddies house to get polished up while I am outa town.

Made one good wiring harness out of 2 bad ones also. Feels good to be working on my bike again

primed rear wheel almost ready for the gloss black coat.

Parts Ordered:

• steering bearings


• fork seals


• new to me not bent swing-arm

a clip of what my baby will be capable of once its together again.

It's a real bike its got a kicker....

just waiting on the new stator cover and the motor should be done.

Update

Here she is. Not really much left just wheel bearings. I gotta get some miles on this before MEXICO!!!!

Labor Day Weekend

Fire up the grill, and break out the PBR,

heads on and torqued down

Decided to run with the stock heads for reliablity so motor is pretty much done now. Time to get working on the body.
